Restaurant Calla’s is named after the flower ‘Calla,’ originally a Mexican flower and the Greek word for “beautiful.” After 25 years, Restaurant Calla’s in The Hague, Netherlands has grown into a solid, stable name where quality and taste are paramount. Ronald has been working at Calla’s since 2007 and took over the restaurant with his wife Bianca in 2015. The Michelin star, with which Calla’s has been awarded since 2002, still shines on Ronald’s name since 2017.
Chef Urvin Croes will join hands with Chef Ronald van Roon for 4 nights on April 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2023 to cook a 7 course dinner which will be paired from beginning till the end by a pallet of Champagnes all from the house of Moët & Chandon. The dinner experience will carry a cost of $275 per guest.
